The lectures series continues presenting two excellent speakers. Professor Wassilios Meissner (Université Bordeaux) is an expert on movement disorders. In his lecture “mechanisms of deep brain stimulation – new insights from animal models” on February, 28th he will discuss on the latest findings from his research.
Dr Tahl Holtzman from University of Cambridge is researching on learning and decision-making using electrophysiology and optogenetics in animal models. In his lecture “Oscillatory biomarkers of impulsivity in prefrontal cortex and nucleus accumbens” on April, 26th he will present recent data from his lab.
